Super delicious homemade cakes. The only café that was open on Sunday far and wide. The friendly owner served me very courteously and the café seems to have a modern style, compared to the other cafés and restaurants in the area ... I will now come by more often and look forward to seeing when everything is back to normal and you can eat in the restaurant. Menu on the website would be a suggestion but otherwise really great. Thank you for the delicious cake. See you soon Michi
Super dear team! Sweet coffee with excellent customer service. Great promotions with breakfast 2 Go and what a great idea to exhibit Nina Nanu's Christmas decorations! Delicious coffee and a lot of Christmas cheer despite Corona! Thumbs up !!!
Wonderfully good coffee, good food, great atmosphere
Wanted to have a coffee and a piece of cake. Unfortunately, the seats are very tight and you sit arm to arm with strangers only separated by Plexiglas panes. We decided to take the cake home. Cake was delicious in taste. Price is normal but not cheap
Breakfast was great. A bit expensive for Dorfen standards
Good but not worth recommending either
Super delicious cake. We will be back.
Very well ! Homemade cakes and ice cream! Coffee and service very good! ?
Unfortunately not good service. An estate for outside. Far too little, but typically German. I don't need it again. What a shame
Great, always happy
Last Sunday I wanted to have a delicious breakfast with my wife here. Nice atmosphere in the center of Dorfen. Many tables are still free around 9:00 a.m. As soon as we sat down, a male waitress came and asked if we had made a reservation. We denied this. No hello, no greeting. In bad German she asked us to take a seat in the back of the bar. Three tables, uncovered. noisy machines and everything tightly locked without any view of anything. We have never experienced such cheek. We don't come here any more and are not recommended.
Wanted to have breakfast here on Sunday when the weather was nice. Café opens 8:30. We were there 8:45. The outdoor area has not been very well attended to date. We sat down at a free table outside. (were two). Male waitress came to us and asked us without greeting if we had made a reservation. We said no. Said all tables were reserved. But nothing could be seen on any table with reservation. No sign. Nothing. Were shown in front of the existing guests and we could sit in the back. Yes, you could take it literally. Were led into an unsightly backyard that had to be unlocked first. No sun, but loud humming noises from the machines. You don't know whether the air conditioning or the kitchen. That was it for us, then left without having breakfast. How can it be that everything is reserved without being seen. We're definitely not going here anymore. Unfriendly handling. You felt like a fool in front of the other guests.
Super friendly staff. Cakes / cakes are always very fresh and delicious!
Food is delicious and creatively prepared. But the ice cream selection is comparatively mediocre, but the ice cream is still delicious. Interior not so cozy and it's quite noisy, but that's normal for an Italian cafe. Employees and manager are very nice.
In itself a nice cafe in the middle of the city center, unfortunately the prices for one or the other are much too expensive. The friendliness of the staff is also underwhelming.
friendly welcome to careful post-corona opening
Very disappointing visit. No card payment possible - Dorfen is probably just welcoming the 21st century. Due to the numerous positive reviews, I decided to give the café a chance on a Sunday. When entering the premises, the half-empty and lovelessly designed counter with the remaining pieces of cake was immediately noticeable. In the very narrow dining room, it is extremely loud even with a few guests. Many guests like to enjoy their wheat beer here on a Sunday afternoon, this regional custom was previously unknown to me and rather known from the Oktoberfest marquee in Munich, around 45 km away. When we took a seat, the visibly annoyed service employee rushed towards us and replied with a questioningly demanding look, which he wanted to use to inform us that he would like to take the order. At that time, I had no opportunity to take a quick look at the compact map. Apparently you do not expect new guests who deviate from the usual wheat beer or vanilla ice cream order. The drinks came relatively quickly. The cappuccino tastes average at best, truly not a pleasure. Iced tea is a glass of cold water filled with ice cubes, orange juice and a tea bag - an interesting interpretation. When paying, the next hurdle is ready for the guest. Card payment not possible. The guest is informed indignantly. An interesting experience, but it definitely doesn't have to be a second visit.
In winter 19/20 the only open ice cream parlor in town. Good prices, good portions, good ice cream, nice staff!
Food is good, but service is slow. It seems that only one person is serving the entire cafe.
Very delicious food, but little friendliness in the service with little overview. (often you have to wait a long time to order something) On rainy days is very busy and the tables are close to each other, which is a pity, since it is not so comfortable. Nevertheless, delicious ice cream, coffee and cake
delicious café and good cake
